Plan 1-Comfortable Life
The Easy Life plan is designed when you or your loved one needs to access their skilled medical home care benefits, accompany them with a companion and support with daily living activities such as homemaking, meal preparation and light housework.
Plan 2-Comfort & Security
The Monitor & Security plan is designed when you or your loved one needs a maximum level of peace of mind in or outside of the home. Ongoing structure of non-medical home care and caregiver support, senior companions, personal care, safety monitoring, and homemaking support with a holistic approach.
Plan 3- Essentials4Life
The Essentials4Life plan is designed when you or your loved one requires 24 hour or overnight placement for non-medical-home care services. Nursing Oversight Care can be provided by a Registered Nurse, a community case manager who coordinates all insurance plans and Veteran benefit plans.

We are one of the few patient-care involved organizations in the country.
